Serve as a Judge Fellow for the American Enterprise Standard

The American Enterprise Standard is a confidential, evidence based evaluation of organizational discipline, governance, decision making, and risk awareness. It is administered by Mahwikizi and Co and is designed to help leaders see how systems behave before stress becomes visible.

This is not a consulting role, regulatory review, or promotional award. Judge Fellows provide independent evaluation of written submissions using a structured rubric. The work is evaluative only and does not involve advising or implementation.

Who Judge Fellows Are

Judge Fellows are experienced professionals who have worked in governance, fiduciary oversight, risk management, operations, or related fields. They may include attorneys, accountants, former regulators, board members, executives, operators, other professional expertise that led to good judgment, and advisors.

Judge Fellows are selected for judgment, discretion, and a commitment to credible evaluation. Participation is appropriate for individuals who value clarity, rigor, and independent thought.

How the Role Works

Judge Fellows review written submissions across a limited number of applications each calendar year. The estimated time commitment is about four days (32 hours across the year) in total in a remote setting. Reviews are conducted independently, with confidentiality and conflict disclosure as core elements of the process.

There is a $500 contribution that supports program integrity. This contribution signals stewardship and commitment.

Participants disclose any conflicts of interest and recuse themselves from evaluating applications where conflicts may exist.

Judge Fellows do not issue public reports, give feedback to applicants, or act as advisors.

Why This Matters

Judge Fellows help define what disciplined enterprise looks like. Your contribution supports a rigorous standard that organizations can use to reflect on governance and systems long before failure or public exposure occurs.

Many Judge Fellows appreciate the role because it exercises judgment without consulting obligations or external incentives.
